GPR Ventures completes extensive renovations on North Natomas property

GPR Ventures, a privately held real estate investment firm based in Sacramento and the Silicon Valley, has successfully completed several large capital improvements on a 45,800 square foot office building in Natomas. GPR Ventures acquired the property in March 2019 and has since executed a new 7.5-year lease for 8,026 square feet of office space. In November 2019, an existing tenant renewed their lease for an additional five years while also expanding their previous footprint with an additional 1,465 square feet.

On the building exterior, GPR Ventures created a new front entry walkway, pouring new concrete and adding planters and upgraded lighting as well as new monument signage. Tenants enter the lobby through a set of new front doors highlighted by wood siding detail and large modern address numbers. The parking lot also received several updates, including asphalt and curb repairs and new LED lighting.

The completely remodeled lobby features refreshed paint and an updated tile floor as well as new furniture, artwork and tenant directory. Just off the lobby, updated double doors lead down a newly carpeted corridor to the first-floor tenant suites and remodeled bathrooms.

On the second floor, accessed via new elevator doors, perimeter offices have been demolished to achieve better visibility at the window line, and portions of the ceiling have been removed to expose wood beams and ducting for a modern and open design aesthetic.

The two-story property located at 3900 Lennane Drive in Natomas in less than 15 minutes from Sacramento International Airport and downtown Sacramento with easy access to Highway 80 and Interstate 5. The building is surrounded by amenities including restaurants, shopping and other professional services.
