GPR Ventures diversifies property portfolio with first-ever purchase in Utah

GPR Ventures has acquired its very first property in Utah with the purchase of a 49,234 square foot industrial warehouse situated on 3.65 acres in West Jordan, UT. The single-building property is fully occupied by BC Technical, the largest non-OEM provider of diagnostic imaging solutions and services in the country, and features several state-of-the-art elements throughout the manufacturing area and the separate office space. The purchase marks the 25th overall acquisition for GPR Ventures since 2011.

"Within the last five years, Salt Lake City has seen record expansion, particularly within the industrial market, and we are excited to expand GPR Ventures' presence in the Western United States with this new acquisition," said GPR Ventures co-founder and Managing Principal, Phil Rolla. Strategic + Central Location The property is located just 12 miles south of the Salt Lake International Airport in the West Jordan submarket. Its proximity to Bangerter Highway and the newly-constructed Mountain View Corridor provides quick highway access. West Jordan is also headquarters for a 1.3 million square foot Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Key Property Features The property is 49,234 square feet and is separated into a 35,632 square foot manufacturing and assembly area, as well as a 13,602 square foot office space.

---Raised floors with an anti-static covering throughout the office space accommodate extensive wiring and fiber optics that run underneath.

---Heavy-duty capacity HVAC systems heat or cool 100 percent of the building, and multiple climate-controlled computer areas with independent HVAC systems are situated throughout the office area.

---High-efficiency fluorescent lighting is installed throughout the property, and a sprinkler system covers the entirety of the building.
